  • Where will I pick up my items? 
    Items will be available for pick up at West Suburban Humane Society located at 1901 W. Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove, IL 60515.

  • When will I pick up my items?
    Item pick up will begin Tuesday, December 15th at 11 AM. Items will be available for pick up from Tuesday, December 15th-Friday, December 18th from 11 AM - 6 PM. Saturday, December 19th and Sunday, December 20th items will be available for pick up between 11 AM - 2 PM.

  • When do items need to be picked up by?
    Please pick up items by Sunday, December 20th at 2 PM. 

  • Can I have my items shipped?
    Items that have "local pick up only" cannot be shipped. Other items can be shipped, but we kindly ask for a donation to cover the cost of shipping/postage.

  • Can someone else pick up my order? 
    A designated person can pick up your order if Jill Clavet at [email protected] has been notified before pick up. They will need to show photo ID to pick up.
